Most bid support providers use AI quietly. We use it openly. Here is exactly what our systems do, and what they never do.
What the AI does: the work a corporate bid team would do, at a fraction of the cost. It reads the tender pack and pulls out every requirement, gate, and deadline. It checks your eligibility against your confirmed company profile and tells you honestly whether this tender is worth your time, including "don't bid" when the evidence says so. It looks at what buyers have actually paid for similar work and where your price would sit. It prepares your response using only the evidence you have confirmed: your past contracts, your case studies, your capability. It checks word limits, mandatory answers, and consistency before anything leaves the building, and it prepares you for the interview questions your own bid will invite.
What the AI never does: invent claims about your business (every statement must trace to evidence you provided; the system refuses to write otherwise); decide whether you bid (you always decide, with our honest recommendation, including "don't bid"); submit anything (you are always the bidder of record); or carry the accountability. That stays with people.
Disclosure by default: every response we prepare carries an AI-use disclosure statement, aligned with UK government guidance on AI transparency in procurement (PPN 017). If a tender asks disclosure questions, we answer them fully. If a tender prohibits AI-assisted drafting, we decline the drafting work and provide analysis only, as a matter of policy, not discretion.
Your data: your company information is stored in isolation and is never used for another client's benefit, including any competitive intelligence you share with us. Full details in our privacy notice.
